Characteristics
FORMECO distillation devices enable the recovery and reuse of solvents used for cleaning and degreasing in a wide variety of areas.
By using the simple distillation principle, the contaminants (resins, pigments, varnishes, inks, oils, etc.) are separated from the solvent, which is collected in a container for subsequent reuse.
The dirt settles on the bottom of the boiler and is then simply emptied.
The solvent properties are not changed by distillation, so the distillation process can be repeated as often as desired.
Functional principle
The contaminated solvent is boiled in a boiler made of stainless steel AISI 304. Uniform heating is achieved by a heating jacket made of thermal oil, which is heated by one or more heating elements. The solvent vapors produced are fed into an air-cooled condenser.
The condensed solvent is collected in a container. All devices are leak-tested; no oil or solvent vapors escape during operation

The securities
The systems are operated under normal pressure. If the temperature rises abnormally or the fan fails, the distillation process is immediately and automatically interrupted.
Test certificates "EEx od!!B" issued by PTB-Braunschweig and TüV Product Service GmbH (D). Further test certificates issued by TüV-Austria, ASEV-Switzerland, DBE-Norway, SEI-Sweden.
All devices bear the CE mark.
