Our right of return applies for 30 days. If your purchase is more than 30 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund and no exchange.
In order to be possible for a return, your article must be unused and in the the same state in which you have received it. The article must also be in the original packaging.
Individually adapted items are completely excluded from the return. Including filter cuts, individually made painting cabins etc.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or a purchase document.
Please do not send the purchased items back to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
* Items that are no longer in its original condition, are damaged or in which parts are missing for reasons that are not due to our error.
* Articles that are returned after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
If we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the article you have returned. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund has been approved, it will be processed. After a few days, a credit on your credit card or the original payment method will then take place automatically.
Late or missing reimbursements
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It can take some time for your refund to be credited.
Contact your bank next. There is often a processing time until a refund is booked to your account.

Offer item
A refund can only be made for items with a regular price, unfortunately offer items are excluded from the refund.
Exchange
An exchange is only granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an article for the same article, send us an email to info@pretechnik.ch and send the article to: Industriestrasse 7, Neuenhof, Aargau, 5432, Switzerland.
You must bear the shipping costs for returning your article yourself. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for return will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged items to arrive from you can vary depending on the country in which you are living.
