The function
Parts cleaning
Tools, devices, empty containers, etc. are cleaned under running water at approx. 3 - 4 bar. For this purpose, the water is pumped from the lower clear water collector (5) into the washing zone (1) of the work tank via a clear water pump (4) integrated into the system, which takes on the function of a sink. The water contaminated by the cleaning process collects in the work container (2).

Water treatment
If the work container (2) is filled with dirty water, the agitator is switched on and the splitting agent is added. After the agitator switches off automatically, the sludge settles within a few minutes. The clear water is drained through a pivoting overflow pipe into the lower clear water collector (5), where it is available for further use.
Sludge emptying
To empty the remaining sludge, the work container is simply tilted. This causes the sludge to flow into the filter (3), where it is subsequently dewatered. The system is now ready for the next cleaning. The filtered sludge can be disposed of as dry material in accordance with official regulations.
