The ECO energy saving system is an upgrade for the control cabinet
every paint shop that has a ventilation center (supply/exhaust air)
which puts pressure on the cabin.
The upgrade includes an Auto Balance
System, a variable frequency drive (VFD)
and a pistol suspension switch. The VFD automatically controls the airflow
of the exhaust fan to ensure the correct balance in the cabin.
The gun suspension switch, located inside the paint booth, controls
the function of the cabin from painting mode to energy saving mode.
When the spray gun hangs on the hook, the air flow of the cabin
throttled to half power. If you take the gun off the suspension again, the air flow is brought back to full power.
The ECO control reduces the airflow by 50 percent in energy saving mode.
