Tool cleaning
The color water from the washingplace* will be over the betweenpump* automatically conveyed into the reaction container until the probe nivoMaxx^® Switch off and the display of dirty water fully illuminates.

Water treatment
After pressing the "STUREWORK on/off/time" button, the required amount of preparation product becomes aquafloc^® 7 (approx. 300g) added manually. After the set mixing time of approx. 15 minutes, the agitator switches off automatically. The flocked color pigments are easy to recognize by the clear water, this is not the case, the agitator can be restored again and some gaps are added. Clear water and a large "airy" flake are decisive for clear and optimal filtration.

Filtration
After stopping the color sludge, the ball tap is opened and the clear water over the aquaBoxx^® - Filter baskets quickly derived into the clear water collector. The color sludge is drained by opening the ball taps, which is then collected in the filter. The filtrate flows into the clear water collector and from there in free slope into the sewage system. After flushing and closing all valves, the system is ready for operation again.

Worth knowing
The tool cleaning can be carried out during the water treatment, the user volume is then around 80 liters of color water. This allows approx. 6 - 8 color rollers to be washed out until the plant capacity is reached (in connection with Rotoclean® H)
