Description: The ECO energy saving system is an upgrade for the control cabinet
Each painting system that a ventilation center (supply/exhaust air)
have that puts the cabin under pressure.
The upgrade includes a car balance
System, a drive with variable frequency (VfD)
And a switch for pistol suspension. The VfD automatically regulates the air flow
of the exhaust air fan to ensure the right balance in the cabin.
The switch for the pistol suspension, which is located inside the painting cabin, controls
The function of the cabin from painting mode into the energy saving mode.
When the paint pistol hangs on the hook, the air flow of the cabin becomes
Half -out. If you take the pistol from the suspension again, the air flow is brought back to full performance.
ECO control reduces the air flow in energy-saving mode by 50 percent.
A system with ECO energy savings system automatically receives an auto-balance system,
that constantly regulates the access/exhaust air of the cabin, regardless of the filter load.
