Description: The Aut Air Balance system was developed to the air household of the painting cabin
to keep in balance. The system consists of
a drive with variable frequency (VfD), the
controls the motor of the exhaust air blade, a differential pressure meter
and sensors.
The Auto Balance System monitors the pressure in the cabin,
If the speed of the exhaust air fan fits the required amount of exhaust air
on, based on the amount of the supply air. The result
Is a cabin that is automatically balanced and remains in balance if
the filters are filled with lacquer-overspray. The system increases the
Lifespan of the filters, ensures a constant air flow in the cabin and
enables easy control of the cabin pressure.
