Painterwashing place* AC 300 - splitting plant
Arrangement right/left interchangeable, frame and fittings made of stainless steel, equipped with:

- Upper and lower shelves made of stainless steel
- Integrated dirty water pump for filling the reaction container
- Connection set, consisting of 1" plastic spiral hose + bayonet couplings

Tool cleaning
The colored water from the washplace* will last as long as possible betweenpump* Automatically conveyed into the reaction container until the probe nivomaxx^® switches off and the dirty water indicator lights up fully.

Water treatment
After pressing the “Agitator On/Off/Time” button, the required amount of processing product is added aquafloc^® 7 (approx. 300g) added manually. After the set stirring time of approx. 15 minutes has elapsed, the agitator switches off automatically. The flocculated color pigments can be clearly seen through the clear water. If this is not the case, the agitators can be started again and some separating agent can be added. For clear and optimal filtration, clear water and a large, “airy” flake are crucial.

Filtration
After the colored sludge has settled, the ball valve is opened and the clear water is poured over aquaboxx^® - Filter baskets quickly drained into the clear water collector. By opening the ball valves, the paint sludge is drained, which is then collected in the filter. The filtrate flows into the clear water collector and from there in a free gradient into the sewer system. After thoroughly rinsing and closing all valves, the system is ready for operation again.

Interesting facts
The tool cleaning can continue to be carried out while the water is being processed; the usable volume is then another approx. 80 liters of color water. This means that approx. 6 - 8 paint rollers can be washed out until the system capacity is reached (in conjunction with rotoclean® H)
