The function

Partial cleaning
The cleaning of tools, devices, empty containers etc. is carried out under running water with approx. 3 - 4 bar. For this purpose, the water is conveyed via a clear water pump (4) integrated in the system from the lower clear water collector (5) into the washing zone (1) of the work tank, which takes over the function of a wash basin. The water dirty by the cleaning process collects in the work tank (2).

Water treatment
If the work container (2) is filled with dirty water, the agitator is switched on and gaps are added. After the agitator switched off automatically, the mud settles within a few minutes. The clear water is drained in the lower clear water collector (5) by a swivel overflow tube, where it is available for further use.

Sludge emptying
To empty the rest of the sludge, the work tank is simply tilted. As a result, the mud flows into the filter (3), where it watered. This means that the system is ready for operation for the next cleaning. The filtered mud can be disposed of as dry material in accordance with the official provisions.
