Interchangeable nozzle insert

With nozzle sizes of 1.2 / 1.3 / 1.4 / 1.6 / 1.8 / 2.0 / 2.5 mm, the EcoGun ACE pro is suitable for a wide range of painting jobs and guarantees excellently reproducible results.

The optimized quick-change system allows the entire color channel to be replaced in just a few seconds - with almost no solvents and no complicated rinsing process. This avoids cross-contamination during color changes as well as blockages and residues in the color channel.

The quickly exchangeable nozzle inserts ensure a permanently clean spray pattern, high application efficiency and consistently excellent spray performance - comparable to a new paint gun.

Ergonomics & ease of use

The new EcoGun ACE pro has been completely redesigned and is around 23% lighter than the previous model. The ergonomic design and optimized controls ensure particularly comfortable handling in daily use.

Larger adjustment elements allow for more precise control. The new rotary knob for spray air regulation prevents unintentional adjustment and offers maximum operational safety. Using the optimized air valve, the pressure can be precisely adjusted at the first pressure point of the trigger.

The cleaning

Thanks to the innovative quick-change system, cleaning is particularly quick and uncomplicated.

The color channel can be replaced within a few seconds, massively reducing cleaning effort. Time-consuming disassembly or long soaking of the spray gun is almost completely eliminated.
