Antifoam

is used to eliminate or reduce unwanted foam formation during a water treatment process.

Application
Depending on the operating conditions, the foaming media per m³ should be approx. 1- 100 ml  antifoam  Our defoamer is used undiluted. Only as much as  antifoam  be used as needed to remove the foam layer.

AQUAFLOC 7 ®

Application & areas of use
aquafloc® splitting powders are suitable for treating waste water from the processing of water-based products (eg glues, adhesives, emulsion paints and water-based varnishes). This waste water is usually generated when cleaning equipment and tools, cleaning systems when changing colors, at the end of a shift, etc. (eg when coating metals, plastics and wood).

Characteristics:
- Products are combined splitting and flocculants in powder form.
- Precipitates, flocculates, neutralizes and adsorbs in one operation
- Built-in buffer substances neutralize the wastewater
- Dissolved or colloidal compounds are precipitated and flocculated

AQUAFLOC 7CC®

Application & areas of use
Especially for water-based paints and sophisticated emulsion paints. Splitting powders are suitable for treating waste water from the processing of water-based products (eg glues, adhesives, paints and water-based paints). This specially developed splitting powder is particularly suitable for wood processing companies.

Aquastable

function
aquastable  is a ready-to-use mixture for reducing the formation of bacteria in water circuits. It is ideally used when refilling a system and depends on the amount of water, temperature and frequency of use.

Application
Per litre of fresh water, approx. 1 ml  aquastable  mixed in, using the example of an AS 80 approx. 80 ml. A second dose can be added after approx. 2 - 8 weeks. The use of the system and the ambient temperature play a major role here: long breaks or non-use of the system promote the formation of bacteria, as does a warm environment.

Filter white - reusable filter

Standard filter in all aqua-service painter's wash stations. Replace after 2 - 4 treatment cycles.

Filter Grey - permanent filter for the finest colour particles

Sub-filter in all aqua-service painter's wash stations. Replace after 2 - 3 months.
